The Fundamentals of Underwriting Senior Housing & Care certificate program is the only certification program to train investment and finance professionals in the industry.
Upon completion of the program’s six courses, graduates will receive a certificate in the Fundamentals of Underwriting Senior Housing & Care and a professional designation of CSHIP – Certified Senior Housing Investment Professional, Level I. For employers, the CSHIP is shorthand for an employee or job candidate with the knowledge to succeed in their role—and it also can be a professional development tool for existing employees in need of upskilling or reskilling.
