This course, which is based on a real-world case study, will break down one transaction in detail, to provide you with an authentic acquisitions-focused experience.

What you will learn:

  • Introduction to the acquisitions-focused module, which will outline the necessary steps to purchase a property
  • Discussion of mortgage loans, touching on the various items involved in acquiring a loan, such as the LOI, required credit metrics, and the loan agreement
