Certificate Program Enrollment

Our certificate programs consists of six courses, all conveniently offered online and intended to be completed in an asynchronous format. Once complete, candidates will receive a certificate from their respective programs, and a professional designation of CSHIP – Certified Senior Housing Investment Professional, I-III.

Transfer Fee

If you are unable to complete the course within the allotted four-month timeframe, you have the option to transfer to a different cohort for a fee of $500.
